The Process
Although no two homes are the same, there are a few common stages in the process. Don’t worry, we’ll explain everything in great detail to you face to face. Our goal is to help you make informed decisions so that you can love the choices you made decades later.
1. Initial Concept
Some people take a few years to experiment with different design features they see while traveling, at friends’ homes, or on different websites. Make a list of different features: skylights, high ceilings, walk in closets, gymnasiums, sun rooms, 5 car garage, or whatever else you’ve always wanted in a home. Consider the things that will enable your lifestyle 10, 20, 50 years from now.
2. Choose a Developer
We realize that you have many choices of developers and we don’t take your choice for granted. We believe in serving you and we have to earn that every step of the way.
3. Create Floorplans

Make a list of different features: skylights, high ceilings, walk in closets, gymnasiums, sun rooms, 5 car garage, or whatever else you’ve always wanted in a home. There are no bad ideas and nothing
4. Financials
If this is your first home purchase, or even a 10th home, we’ll walk you through all the tips and strategies to maximize your savings and how to finance a home at the best rates.
Such as:
- Down payment amount.
- Amortization schedule.
- VA funding.
- Points.
- Homestead exemptions, veteran, and disability exemptions.

5. Interact With Developer Every Step of the Way
We encourage all our customers to be actively involved through every step of construction. Do you want to make sure your furniture fits the way you envision it? Come to the construction site and try to size things in real life. Are you having a change a heart on those cabinets? Show us first hand what would make things perfect for you. We will do whatever it takes to build the best home you’ve ever owned.
6. Customer Acceptance
We encourage you to visit your home during all phases of construction. We want to assure you that your home will be built to your specification. We want you to have personal, face-to-face attention from the time the house is first laid out until after the sale. If there is something you don’t like, we will change it.
7. Upkeep of Your New Home
Our commitment to you does not end with completion of your home. That’s only the beginning of a long relationship. We will continue to help you because there are always questions.
Examples of new home upkeep include:
- Registration of appliances,
- Registration of manufacturer warranties (some require home builder endorsement),
- Application of exemptions,
- Warranty support,
- Best maintenance strategies for certain items such as water filtration systems and water heaters.
